2. Here to Help

Exactly as the title suggests we are here to help, and we will do so in whatever way we can. If you have a question, concern, suggestion, idea related to anything Morley or any of its volunteers are doing just ask. If it’s a concern, then it will be dealt with in strict confidence and quickly.

Please find below advice for what to do if you find yourself with a problem.

Training Incident
Q. Unhappy or concerned about an incident at Training or a Match fixture

1. Inform your child’s age group Manager or Coach.

Matchday Incident
(If it’s at a match fixture and the game is in play do not enter the pitch (field of play) but walk around the pitch to the Manager/ Coach. The reason for this is that you would get reported on the match report and possibly asked to leave the grounds)
Hopefully your child’s Manager or Coach can satisfactorily answer and sort out your concern.

ISSUES WITH OTHER CLUBS CAN BE ADDED TO THE MATCH REPORT.

THIS IS SENT TO THE LEAGUE AND IS MONITORED BY THE LEAGUE AND THE NORFOLK FA.

Q. Unhappy with the Manager or Coaches response / actions to your concern.

2. Your concern is required to be reported to the Club Manager or Welfare Officer.

We will then raise the concern again with the Manager or Coach to follow up what has been done or needs to be done.

Q. Still unhappy and have concerns?

3. An official complaint will need to be raised in writing (email) to either the Club’s Manager or Club’s Welfare Officer.

The complaint will then be fully investigated, and action taken in line with good practices and as per the Morley Youth FC Registration Booklet.
